Great Salt Lake
The Great Salt Lake is the largest saltwater lake in the Western Hemisphere and sits right beside Salt Lake City. Its water is so salty that people can float easily, just like in the famous Dead Sea.
The lake is a magical stopover for millions of birds and is loved for its glowing pink and orange sunsets. Antelope Island in the middle is home to a large herd of wild bison.
