Bryce Canyon National Park
Bryce Canyon is famous for thousands of orange stone spires called hoodoos that fill a giant natural bowl. These pointy rock towers were shaped over millions of years by ice, rain, and wind.
People come from all over the world to see the hoodoos glow like a stone forest at sunrise and to gaze at some of the darkest, starriest night skies in the country. Its high elevation makes it cooler and often snowy in winter.

Weather
Sitting high in the mountains, Bryce stays cool in summer and gets fresh snow that dusts the orange hoodoos in winter.
