Wall Drug Store

Wall Drug Store

Wall Drug is a giant, quirky shopping and eating spot in the little town of Wall that started as a tiny drugstore. Today it is a whole block of shops, cafes, and silly photo stops that draws millions of travelers.

It became famous long ago by offering free ice water to hot, tired travelers crossing the plains. Now it is loved for its giant jackalope statue, homemade donuts, and a fun splashing water show.

Famous Free Ice Water

The owners started giving away free ice water in the 1930s to bring in travelers, and it worked like magic. They still hand out free ice water to visitors today.
