Riverbanks Zoo and Garden
Riverbanks Zoo and Garden in Columbia is home to more than 2,000 animals and a colorful botanical garden. Visitors can feed giraffes, watch penguins, and cross a treetop rope bridge.
It is one of the most loved zoos in the Southeast, famous for its hands-on animal encounters. Families come for the sea lions, the aquarium, and the pretty gardens beside the river.
