A little history
Ohio became the 17th state in 1803. It is called the birthplace of aviation because the Wright Brothers, who built the first airplane, were from Dayton.
Fun fact
Eight United States presidents were born in Ohio, and astronauts John Glenn and Neil Armstrong came from Ohio too.
