National Buffalo Museum & Frontier Village
The National Buffalo Museum and Frontier Village in Jamestown celebrates the American bison and pioneer life. Outside stands the World's Largest Buffalo, a towering concrete statue named Dakota Thunder.
It is famous for its giant buffalo statue and for its small herd of real bison, including rare white ones. Kids love the old-time frontier town with its schoolhouse, church, and general store.
