High Point State Park
High Point State Park sits at the very highest spot in all of New Jersey, up in the northern mountains. A tall stone monument stands at the top, where you can see three states at once.
It is famous for its towering monument and its breathtaking views of rolling hills, farms, and forests. Families love hiking, swimming in the clear lake, and looking out over the valleys far below.

Lake Marcia is a clean mountain lake where families can swim and relax in summer. Shady trails wind through the forest for easy walks and picnics.

In fall the whole park turns red, orange, and gold with autumn leaves. Winter brings snow that is great for sledding and cross-country skiing.
