Bighorn Canyon National Recreation Area
Bighorn Canyon is a deep, dramatic canyon carved by the Bighorn River in southern Montana. Tall red and gold rock walls rise straight up from a long, winding blue lake.
People love boating on the calm water between cliffs that glow orange in the sunlight. Wild horses roam the hills above, making it feel like a scene from the old west.
