Lake of the Ozarks

Lake of the Ozarks

Lake of the Ozarks is one of the largest man-made lakes in the country, with wiggly shorelines that stretch for over a thousand miles. It was created when a big dam was built across the Osage River.

People come from everywhere to swim, fish, and zoom around in boats on the sparkling water. It is loved as a summer playground with beaches, water parks, and cozy lakeside cabins.
