Freedom Trail

Freedom Trail

The Freedom Trail is a 2.5-mile red-brick path that winds through downtown Boston. It links 16 historic sites where the American Revolution began.

Millions of visitors follow the red line each year to walk in the footsteps of Paul Revere and the Founding Fathers. It is loved because history comes alive on a fun, walkable outdoor adventure.
