Old Port, Portland

Old Port, Portland

The Old Port is the historic heart of Portland, Maine's biggest city, near the working waterfront. Its streets are paved with cobblestones and lined with brick buildings full of shops and restaurants.

It is famous for its lively harbor, fishing boats, and some of the best seafood in the country. Families love wandering the old streets, taking a boat ride around the bay, and tasting fresh lobster right off the dock.
