Audubon Aquarium of the Americas

The Audubon Aquarium of the Americas sits along the Mississippi River in New Orleans and is packed with ocean life. A huge glass tunnel lets you walk right through the water while sharks and stingrays glide overhead.

It is famous for its penguins, sea otters, and a rare white alligator that lives inside. Kids love touching gentle stingrays in the special hands-on pool.
