Deep inside the cave the air stays about 54 degrees all year, so it feels chilly even in summer. Bring a light jacket no matter what season you visit.
Cave Animals
Special creatures live in the dark, like blind cavefish and tiny bats that have no need for eyes. Above ground you might spot deer, turkeys, and squirrels in the green forest.
