This is a museum and real factory in Louisville where the famous Louisville Slugger baseball bats are made. Out front stands a giant bat as tall as a building.
Kids love watching wooden bats being carved and getting a tiny bat to take home. It is famous because many of baseball's greatest players have swung bats made right here.
You walk right through the working factory and watch machines carve smooth wooden bats. At the end every visitor gets a free mini bat as a souvenir.
A 120 foot tall steel bat leans against the building outside, and it is the biggest bat in the world. It makes a fun photo for the whole family.
Inside you can see and even hold bats used by legendary players. There is a batting cage where you can pretend to be a big league hitter.
