DeSoto State Park

DeSoto State Park

DeSoto State Park sits on top of Lookout Mountain and is full of rushing streams, mossy trails, and sparkling waterfalls. The tall DeSoto Falls drops far down into a rocky pool.

It is famous for its beautiful waterfalls and, in spring, thousands of wildflowers that bloom along the trails. Families love the easy walks, the cool forest, and dipping their toes in the creeks.

Waterfalls

DeSoto Falls is a favorite, plunging over a cliff into a clear pool below. There are smaller falls to find along the walking trails too.
