Virginia Beach is the biggest city in Virginia and it sits right where the Chesapeake Bay meets the Atlantic Ocean. It is famous for its long sandy beaches and a lively boardwalk full of fun.
You can build sandcastles, ride bikes along the three-mile boardwalk, and say hello to the giant King Neptune statue. Dolphins often swim near the shore, and the Virginia Aquarium is full of sharks, sea turtles, and otters.
