Sandy is a busy city in the south of the Salt Lake Valley, close to some of the best ski resorts in the world. It has a fun shopping and events area that draws visitors from all around.
You can watch a Real Salt Lake soccer game at the big stadium, shop and eat at The Shops at South Town, or drive up beautiful Little Cottonwood Canyon to play in the snow.

Sandy is home to the Real Salt Lake soccer team, who play at America First Field. Game days fill the city with cheering fans and lots of excitement.

Gateway to Skiing
Just above Sandy, the canyons lead to famous ski resorts with some of the lightest, fluffiest snow anywhere. In winter, families head up to sled, ski, and build snowmen.
