Saint Paul is the capital of Minnesota, which means it is where the state government works. It sits across the river from Minneapolis, and together they are called the Twin Cities.
You can tour the shiny domed State Capitol, meet fish and turtles at the Science Museum of Minnesota, and see animals at the free Como Zoo. In winter there is a huge Winter Carnival with ice sculptures!
