Lincoln is the capital of Nebraska and home to the state government and a big, spirited university. On game days the whole city turns red to cheer for the Cornhuskers.
Climb to the top of the tall State Capitol building for a big view, cheer at a football game in Memorial Stadium, and splash around at the Lincoln Children's Zoo.

State Capitol
Nebraska's Capitol is a tall tower you can see from far away, topped by a golden statue called The Sower. You can ride the elevator up high and look out over the whole city.

Cornhuskers Football
On game days, Memorial Stadium fills with more than 85,000 fans dressed in red. The cheering crowd is so big it becomes one of the largest towns in the state for the afternoon.
