Kihei is a sunny beach town on the south side of Maui, stretching along miles of golden sand. It is one of the driest and warmest spots on the island, perfect for beach lovers.
You can build sandcastles on the long Kamaole beaches, look for sea turtles in the waves, and in winter watch for humpback whales spouting offshore. Sunsets here paint the whole sky orange and pink.
