Actun Tunichil Muknal, often called the ATM Cave, is a mysterious cave that the ancient Maya believed was a doorway to the underworld. To explore it you wade and swim through an underground river with a guide.

It is famous for the ancient pots, tools, and sparkling crystal formations found deep inside. Adventurous visitors love the thrill of exploring a real cave by headlamp light.
