Tegucigalpa is the capital of Honduras and the country's largest city, tucked among green mountains. It is where the government works and where many important museums and old churches sit.
You can wander the colorful old town, visit the big Cathedral of Saint Michael, and ride up to Picacho Park to see a huge statue of Christ and a small zoo. The city's up-and-down streets feel like a fun maze.
